What the demo form collects

When you submit the demo form we receive your name, work email, company, phone number, employee-count range, what you run today, and your message if you write one.

We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, the country your request came from, your browser user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to rate-limit submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a demonstration relevant to your organisation. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share these details with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a database on a server operated by NV360, and your name, email address and phone number are passed to the NV360 customer relationship management system at crm.nv360.ae so that our team can respond.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated submissions. Turnstile receives the information it needs to make that decision.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which sections are read. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and then deleted. Rate-limiting hashes are deleted automatically about an hour after they are written.

The product, not this website

This page covers this website only. When NV360 People is deployed for your organisation, your employee data lives in your own Frappe HR and ERPNext instance under your control. NV360 does not receive a copy of it. Where NV360 hosts that instance for you, the terms of your service agreement apply.
